How It Works
3 simple steps
to a return or exchange.
Reach out to us via Instagram DM @ulapbeddings or email us at order@ulapbeddings.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Anything beyond 7 days is not eligible for return.
Place the item back in its original packaging — unused, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. We cannot process returns for items that have been washed, used, or removed from their original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your exchange within 3–5 business days. For exchanges, your new item ships out as soon as the return is confirmed.

Common questions
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for wrong size orders. We highly recommend checking our Size Guide carefully before placing your order to make sure you get the perfect fit.
We're so sorry if that happened! Please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement — and we shoulder the return shipping cost completely.
That's entirely on us and we sincerely apologize. Contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item and arrange pickup of the wrong one — all at no cost to you.
If the item is unavailable, the refund takes 7–10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
Sale items are eligible for exchange only — not for a cash refund — unless the item arrived defective or damaged. All standard return conditions still apply: unused, unwashed, in original packaging, within 7 days.
